Listed velocity in the load books is what they got with their barrel and components. Granted it still might be AA-9 that the data is for, but since you have no control over the barrel or test fixture used, your velocity may be slower or even faster than what they list.
I use a LOT of AA-9 but I do not worry about the velocity being anything other than what it is for a given combination. Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's slower, you simply have to try with your components and see where your at.
As mentioned it will download to a degree, but you might as well simply drop over to AA-7 instead and you would probably be better off. Not to say #9 won't deliver what your looking for, simply that it might not be as consistent as mentioned above.
