Anyone Remember Policy by Poll?

Maybe it's just me. I could swear that a scant few weeks ago the Administration took great pains to argue what "the polls" indicated the American people wanted....and that the government should respond in line with those polls.

Today new polls have been released.
Question: Have the bombings in Yugoslavia worsened the conditions for the ethnic Albanians?
No: 22%
Yes: 68%
Undecided: 10%

Watch the Clinton spin machine go now. They are the *very best* I've ever seen.
