Anyone opt for the Sig short trigger

I like the look of the Sig short trigger, but I haven't had the opportunity to check one out.

Has anyone had this fitted, if so, is it a good choice.

I have them. I have a big hand but short fingers and it made my SIG's much more comfortable to shoot.

Ditto for me. Had one installed on a Sig 228 I used to own. I have small hands and the short trigger made the reach for my trigger finger much more comfortable and controllable.

I put one on my 228, and it's great, much easier to get the right purchase on the trigger. But in DA dry fire practice the pad of my finger tends to get pinched between the trigger and the frame at the end of the stroke. Hasn't been a problem at the range, though.

No fitting was required, it dropped right in, but stripping the frame can be kind of daunting the first time.

I had the short trigger installed on my SIG P229.

It made the trigger reach much better. However, it made the DA and SA trigger pulls radically different for some reason.

In sum, I did not like it (alas, the SIG is no longer with me).
