Anyone make a hard plastic Benelli Butt Plate?

I want to replace the recoil pad on my M3 with a hard plastic or metal butt plate. I'd like to both shorten the longth of pull and lessen the tendency of the butt to grab clothing as it is shouldered.

Does anyone know of such an animal? I have a pistol-grip stocked M3.
 
The Royal Arms Benelli Stock Spacer should work. It is a metal plate intended to relocate the stock's screw holes so that aftermarket recoil pads can be mounted on the Benelli.

Brownells should have them in stock.

anyone know what model/size recoil pad fits that spacer? I'd like to avoid a custom ground one if an off-the-shelf model will fit it.
