Hmmn, I want to say that Ohio Ordnance makes a 50% receiver for the BrEn. I say this because Small Arms Review had an article about a ZB30 parts kit on a 80% BrEn receiver about a year ago.
If so, I have no idea who could do the final machining to produce a legal BrEn. That would be really cool though.
