anyone load for & or shoot a 32 ga shotgun ???

title pretty much says it all...

my buddy built me one, purpose built as a slug gun ( as it has a rifled barrel )

will be shooting a cast bullet / slug... wondering if I'm the only one down that dark path ???

Sounds like you have a rifle, not a shotgun.

??? barrel is stamped 32 ga... 32 ga brass shells are loaded or it'll shoot a normal plastic shot shell ( I have a box of those )... though it won't feed the shot shells out of the box... needs a bullet / slug sticking out of the shell a bit to engage the feed ramp... goal was maybe something to use for deer in shotgun season... no idea if it's legal or how / what would make it "not" a shotgun ???

I'm guessing the fact that it's purpose-built with a rifled barrel would incline some folks to consider it a rifle rather than a shotgun. Sort of like the pieces in this thread.
