Anyone knows how to open a CMMG 22lr magazine?

Not sure 'cause I run M&Ps, but I'd expect the base plate to slide off the tube in the forward or backward direction. There is likely a button you press in the center of the base plate.

If it worls as expected, guts load/unload from the bottom.

The majority

I would state that most magazines are disassembled the same way, remove the baseplate.
IMO the majority of magazine bodies are one piece whether they be metal or polymer.
A full detail cleaning includes cleaning the mag.
