This is a serious question.(unlike my previous posts :) Does anyone know anything about an Italian make by the name of Armi Fratellli Tanfoglio, model BTA90 in 9mm.
The gun looks, feels, and shoots good. I know nothing of its history or reputation. Any and all info(good or bad comments) will be greatly appreciated.

I have one of these in a Blue/Black finish. They also came in a matte nickle. I got it used in Southern CA in the mid - 80's for about $275 w/ 2 12-rnd mags.

It shoots reliably and would be a good CCW gun if it were a bit lighter ( like a Glock 19 ?). Mine shoot to point-of-aim at 15 Yds w/ WW Silvertips.

The gun does not have a firing pin blocking safety.

That is the Baby TA90, a compact version of the TA-90, from Excam, who is no longer in business. FIE imported a better version of the gun called the TZ-75 and by Springfield Armory as the P9. They are Italian made clones of the CZ-75. FIE has also gone under, but the gun is now being imported by EAA as the Witness and you should be able to get parts from them.
