Anyone know rkba-status of police chief organization?

organization called me and wants me to donate. I'm considering it, but I have to make sure they're not in any way affiliated with the national association of chiefs, that support most gun control, and oppose concealed carry. Anyone know off the top of their head, or could tell me if this group is likely associated with national anti-freedom leo group? Thanks.

I have found that most of these solicitations benefit the company operating the phone center, much more than the stated cause, such as Crippled Kids, Widows and Orphans of Volcanic Eruptions, The National Home for the Easily Confused, etc.
It has also been my experience that any organization with the words "chief" and "police" in the title is a political, not fraternal, organization. I'll even add that most police groups with a NATIONAL presence are strictly political. Most of what I have seen from these groups can be summed up as: "Only cops and the government can be trusted with guns."
So, while you are making out a check to the Okie Chiefs, how about dropping a couple of bucks my way? At least I promise to spend it on worthwhile stuff like bullets and beer.
