Anyone know a computer forum?

I have a computer question that is about as complex as whether you can use Remington ammo in a Winchester, but I need an answer.
The ones I found were real technical.

Let me recommend Hardware Central. They are a great computer forum and I use them extensively. It is a format very much like this one. The link is:

When the main screen pops up, select "discussions" from the left side of the page and go crazy. You'll be able to post your specific question on the appropriate forum.

Of course, you could just post the question here. :) There are some of us that cut our teeth on the IBM 360, and have been in the computer game ever since.
