Anyone have experience with Jard triggers?

I've been looking around for a replacement for the M.O.A. trigger in my new Model 70. I've replaced the spring with the one from Ernie the Gunsmith and still can't get the pull weight below 3#. Not happy with that - otherwise the trigger is fine.

Jewell, Timney, and Basix don't make a replacement as far as I can tell, but I found one from a company called Jard, Inc. out of Iowa. I'm looking to see if anyone has any experiences with their products and customer service.

Jard, Inc.

I've got a Jard in one of my AR platforms I shoot 200 meters open sights offhand with. I have the 2# springs in mine and it sets up every time and releases the same every time. Works for me but I don't know anything about what you'll get for a bolt rifle.

I also have one in an AR. It is a fine trigger, close to bolt action quality but it was not as easy to install as they would like you to think.
Ought to be easier to put in a bolt action.

If I get it, I'll probably have my smith install and tune it.

So, good in the AR weapons, but so far no experience with the M70 or other bolt actions.

Looks like I'm gonna be a guinea pig.
