I just received a sample 400 grn. Barnes Buster bullet designed for the 45/70. I am seriously considering switching to this bullet for my 450 Marlin, Browning BLR for Alaska protection duties. My ... My son's now ... BLR had some feed issues with the Punch Bullets, as the Punch bullet has a very large metplat with sharp edges. The Barnes has a smaller metplat with the edges rounded off. I cannot try them now in the rifle, as it is in Alaska with my son.
