Apparently they were at a club, shots were fired outside during an altercation, Puffy and Jennifer bailed with their driver and bodyguard. Cops pulled them over a few minutes later, searched the vehicle, and found a gun which turned out to be stolen. Witnesses say Puffy fired at least a few times. Last I heard was 3 wounded, no dead. Wounded are all stable, 2 shoulder shots, 1 face (ouch!).

didn't like the way he was rolling through the crowd trying to be Big
Willie," a witness told the paper.
"Security was trying to keep it under control, but Puffy's people started
getting louder and rowdier. Security was trying to push one of Puffy's
people out the door, but he broke free and started firing his gun."
That person was rapper Shyne who is on Combs BAD BOY label.
Injured -- but not seriously -- in the gunfire were a club bouncer and two
'Hot Chocolate' attendees.

Siemaszko also quotes police sources who detail Lopez's 14-hour ordeal at
the police squadroom after getting arrested in a getaway attempt.
The paper describes Lopez as having had her "hair pulled back and her
makeup smeared."
Says one source:
"She was crying all over the place... She was just upset about the whole
thing."
Said one cop:
"She's a beautiful woman, no doubt about it, but she looked kind of Plain
