Well, since nobody else is stepping up with a better story...
I have a Rossi Plinker. It's a 6 inch model which I picked over the 4 inch because it had better lock-up in the LGS.
I've only fired a dozen or so rounds through it; it's too soon to make any final determinations about it.
So far, though, I'm not terribly impressed. I know it's not supposed to be a match-grade shooter, but I'm not able to hit as well with it as I'd like.
It functions fine, looks good, feels good in the hand, and was priced right. I'll keep practicing with it, but, so far, I'm somewhat disappointed.
Now kinda wishing I'd found a Charter Pathfinder...
There's an interactional thing, I know: I've put a pistol down on the table after a lousy grouping with it and picked up my other gun and immediately made a very respectable showing. Then to watch my brother-in-law pick up the first one and make a 1 1/2" group with it
.
Sigh...
