Anyone have a problem with Marlin xl7 magazine?

I have a new one in .270 that doesn't like to have 4 rounds in it. When loading if I don't hold my mouth just right it wont seat right and gets wedged in there. I hope it gets better with time. Accepts 3 just fine. Last night after I shot a deer it seemed to fail to feed a second round, but that may have been my boo boo in the melee of what was happening immediately after the shot. Anyone else having this with these?
 
Mine feeds without issues, and holds 4 rounds just fine.

Take the action out of the stock.
Inspect for proper assembly, and/or damage.
Give everything a good cleaning.
Go from there.
 
I just discovered this problem on mine as well. I've had mine for about 4 or 5 months but I always just loaded one at a time until a few weeks ago.

I googled the problem and found that if you keep it loaded for a few days then the spring will loosen up which should fix the problem.
