anyone have a mueller APV scope

Is this a good quality scope? I was thinking on mounting this scope on a cz 452 (.22lr). Any help would be awesome!!

Do you mean the APV scope (4x14)? I have one mounted on a Rem 788 .308. Personally I think it's a superb scope. I have 5 of their scopes so far and have yet to wear one out, have it fall apart, lose trackability or zero. My only concern with putting one on a 452 (or any rimfire) is that the parallax for your most common centerfire scopes are set at 100yds or more, and specific rimfire scopes are in the neighborhood of 50-75yds. So, you may get a sense of a floating or shifting reticle unless you stretch all your shots to 100yds or so. I don't know how to properly esplain parallax and other such minute details and working of scopes- but I do know Mueller makes some very good ones.

EDIT: I got to reading too much about the parallax thing maybe too much, so I went with the Konus Shotgun Scope http://swfa.com/Konus-15-5x32-Konuspro-Shotgun-Scope-P47361.aspx for my 452 Trainer. It hasn't gotten here yet, but I got an idea that I can use that diamond reticle for Running Target. I've also got a shotgun scope on a Marlin Camp 9 and for me, that diamond reticle is crazy fast for aquisition on yote size critters and smaller.

I just looked on Mueller's website, and the APV does have a minimum parallax setting of 10yds! I kinda wish I woulda looked harder before I ordered that Konus.
 
I have one on my 10-22 and have been VERY pleased with it-can't think of a single thing it could be improved on honestly and it's a really good buy
 
I think the APV an excellent scope! It's got better optics than many more expensive scopes. It's the third 4.5-14X or greater variable that I own and it seems much better than all the others. I'd buy another in a heartbeat!!!
 
I've had two. One was received defective and sent back. The second one was "adequate" but not exceptional. Of the bottom tier scopes to choose from, it's probably one of the better ones. However, regardless of all the hype, it's still a cheaper scope and it shows when compared to a higher quality scope. I'm not saying not to buy one, I'm just saying you're not getting a scope that's equal to a higher end scope regardless of all the comments you hear. I ended up taking if off my Savage rimfire and replacing it with a better quality scope.
 
Excellent scope, glass is more clear then my Nikon Monarch, so much so I purchased a Mueller 8x32 target dot to replace my Nikon on a Target 223. My APV rest on a reworked 10/22 gives consistent .500 or less at 50 yards.
