Looking at this as a range, IDPA, "fun gun" but mainly just a more accurate companaion to my 23, for when I like to step back to 50 to 100 yards to shoot some. Any opinons especially on your experince with accuracy would be appreciated.

Thanks, Blueduck

Fun gun. I have not tried it at long range. If you can use iron sights at 100 yards, you are much better than me.
I find that the recoil is softer than many 9mm. The longer sight radius is good. I am as accurate with the G35 as I am with my favorite handguns.
To me, the G45/35 is the only decent looking Glock.

croyance, just because I said I do it doesn't mean I'm good at it ;) I've got a lot of space where I shoot and to me it's just fun and relaxing to "step back" on occasion (and it makes ammo last longer).

I think the relaxing part is that when your shooting a 45 at a 5 gallon bucket at 200 yards and miss it 8 times, no harm done to your ego, it was way too far off. But if you hit it 2 of eight times you feel great. It's a no lose situation.
