Anyone Carry a Sig P226 Concealed?

No,but I have carried a SIG 229 and a SIG 245 IWB, just not at the same time.;)

There's people that post on here that carry some dang big guns IWB.
 
I have a P226 that fits rather nicely in a Kramer IWB2. I'm surprised on how nice it concels such a large gun.
 
I did, in a Bianchi #3S, then I bought a P220. Now the P220 rides in the #3S and the P226 stays home more than it used to.
 
The grip just isn't that much bigger than a P228...look at the measurements. The extra barrel is IWB, and doesn't affect concealability. In a decent holster, there is no difference. At least, for me...we'll throw in the obligatory YMMV.
 
I have carried the Sig P226 "Mexican" style before;
but now, the Sig P220 ride's the same way.
