Anyone carry a CZ97B ?

If so,How do you carry it,I`m interested in a CZ 97b,but would like to carry it once in a while(OWB).I know there big and heavy,But winter is fast approaching,Almost time for the big leather jacket(should be able to conceal a cannon in this leather jacket)Any thoughts, pro or not would be great, thank you.

Any comments on this gun. The 75 gets alot of print but havnet heard too much about the 97. Looks awful nice in the ads.

I have the CZ 97B. It is extremely accurate (more so than the very accurate CZ 75 B 9mm), but it weighs about 40 ounces unloaded so it is not a good "carry gun". IMO, the CZ 97B is best as a competition gun, shooter, or home defense gun. Its simply too big and massive to carry with any comfort.

My 97B is an exceptionally accurate gun but it does have one failure if you reload. It does not like long loaded 45's. Keep them below 1.272 and you will be in great shape.

Now as a carry gun I could not even begin to think about it. What a heavy piece of steel!

Ed2,

The CZ97 I own is the most accurate pistol in the collection. I am very impressed with the quality of this item. Only thing I want to change is the grips as I prefer rubber side panels but as of yet no one makes them.

I don't use mine for CCW just because of the size/weight. That's what the CZ75 Compact is for.:)
