Anybody use the combination pan/funnel?

I was browsing around looking at reloading equipment yesterday and saw that several manufacturers are selling little combination pan/funnels that replace the standard pan on a scale. Anybody use them? Looks like they make transferring powder from the pan to the case a little more spill-proof.
 
Easier and faster. I use a dispenser now, but the pan funnels are excellent for when you're check weighing individual loads near or at maximum.
 
Yes. I have the RCBS powder pan with the sort of spout on one edge and a cup with a reverse funnel on the other edge. You place your casing in that reverse funnel and tip the combination vertical, and the powder goes into your case lickety split!

Do treat the thing inside and out with a dryer sheet, as the extruded kernels will sometimes stick to the inside of the powder pan otherwise. The little flakes of pistol powder become quite staticky. (If that's a word).
 
Been using one for ten years after I got the RCBS ChargeMaster.
Greatest thing since sliced bread.

I use the RCBS version and I like it. My scale pan has an indentation in the center. I took a piece of heavy card-stock paper and cut a circular disc to the exact same diameter as the indentation.

Then I glued this heavy paper disc it to the bottom my my powder pan/funnel. Now when I position the pan/funnel on the scale, it settles into the exact same place each and every time.

I have always used a scale pan and a separate powder funnel or in the case of my 458 - A powder funnel with a drop tube.

I use the RCBS funnel as well. Works awesome. Sometimes during the cold dry winter I get some slight static issues but all's I do is finger tap the funnel while i'm dumping to ensure all the powder kernels drop.
 
Ok, had a chance to use it today.

RCBS, not impressed! Cumbersome and I found it difficult to hold the case in the funnel because the length of the funnel spout is as long as the 9mm case itself so there was not much to hold into. The powder was difficult to get to pour smoothly and tapping on the funnel was necessary each time which I found difficult since there was not much to hold onto. With the smaller cases it's too easy to lose a tight seal since you hold everything in your hands to fill and I frequently leaked powder as a result.

Maybe I wasn't doing it correctly but switching back to the old metal tray solved the problem. IMO, I think if it were made of metal instead of plastic it would work better.
