Anybody loading 105-108 gr bullets in a 6mm rem?

I'm almost done with my 6mm rem build on a Savage 110 action. All I lack is for the barrel to get here from Shilen. It's 28" long, 1:8" twist. I'll be working up loads with a 105-108 gr bullet.

I'm looking for bullet, powder, and primer recommendations. I've got several powders and primers on hand to try. I've never loaded any 6mm bullet over 100 gr so it will kinda be new territory for me.

I'd like to use a bullet constructed for hunting if possible since this rifle will be used for deer and coyotes in addition to punching paper.
 
Not a common use in 6mm. 28" w/1-8" twist is a fairly odd combination. Maybe you'd be better off asking the ballisticians at Sierra or Hornady about this.

BTW I doubt any of the over 100 grain .243 bullets will be good choices for coyotes.
 
A 1-8 .243 win is a fairly common rebarrel, I don't see how a 6mm rem 1-8 could be very much different, just a little longer case with a longer neck. And the 28" length is just to get a few more fps out of it. I have data from several sources ready to try, I just thought somebody else out there may have a similar setup and have a pet load I could try. If not, no biggie, I'm going to do my own load workup anyway.

BTW lots of guys out there are using 105 A-maxes and the like for coyotes since most target bullets are pretty frangible, but too much so for deer at close range IMO. I'll likely start with a Berger 105 VLD and Hybrid 100v and see how the gun likes it.
 
I haven't tried anything heavier than a 87 v max in a 28" 1:10 twist 6mm rem.
3425 fps with an es of 10, using imr 4064. This is just under max load per hodgdon data and the rifle likes it.

if it had a faster twist I would try something heavier/longer.

surveyor- thanks for the input. I have a Remington 700 BDL Varmint in 6mm that I load the 85 gr Sierra HPBT's for. I have thought about trying the 87 gr V-maxes in that rifle, but haven't got around to it yet.
