Can you tell me how you like it. Is it of good quality? Will it accept CZ parts? Thanks for any info.

I own a T-120 that I really like a lot. from what I read on the CZ clone club forum, the C-100 is one of the best Caniks. They don't accept any unmodified parts from CZs, but Cajun Gunworks sells some trigger parts that make a big difference in the Canik pistols. you can get some feedback from C-100 owners at this link. http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?board=27.0

I don't own a Canik, but FWIW my understanding is that some CZ magazines will work in some individual Caniks, but the fitment is inconsistent; some mags don't lock in, or only lock in when forcefully slammed home. The magazine catch holes are different shapes, but they're close enough that the tolerances evidently overlap.

That said, Canik-branded magazines are quite inexpensive, readily available, and reportedly very high-quality, so there's little reason to get hung up about this unless you already have access to a bunch of CZ mags.

The Caniks are reportedly closer in design to a Tanfoglio TA-series pistol (aka FIE or Excam TZ / EAA Witness / Jericho 941 / Baby Eagle) than a CZ. IOW they're an evolution of the CZ design rather than a direct clone.

I purchased a c100 - 9mm in February and I love the gun. My Ruger P95 sits in the bag unused since the Tristar showed up. I have put about 2000 rounds through it to date without a hiccup. It has eaten anything brass I have loaded, not one FTF or FTE ( I refuse to buy steel cased ammo). The only thing I did was purchase the CZ rubber grips which fit perfectly for me. I can't comment on the magazines as mine came with 2 Mecgar's that function great. In my opinion this the best 9mm available in it's price range. If you decided to purchase one, I don't think you will be dissapointed.

Rick Coop,

I did purchase one and it fits my hand like a glove. I'm glad to hear you've had a high round count with out issues. That's good news. I'm also looking for grips can you post a pic of yours so I can see what the grips look like. Thanks.

These are the CZ factory Rubber grips. Feels great in the hand. Great improvement over the standard plastic grips that came with the gun.
Sorry I can't quite figure out how to make the photo appear in the post.
