I just bought a Remington 870 HD shotgun for about $250, and after looking at the various offerings in terms of durable finishes, I am thinking about Arizona Response Systems' Metacol in either satin black or charcoal grey. They charge $185 for this service. I am also going to have them drill out the mag tube dimples for adding a choate extension (which I will send along to be finished as well), which is an additional $25 service. Does anyone here have an opinion about this finish?
