I carry one as well, IWB. I also have a pocket holster for it (Mitch Rosen El Raton) but I prefer to keep my pockets for mundane stuff - keys, coin, cash, etc. But for those who need or want pocket carry, sure, it's doable.
For me though, the rear sight and the upper pocket holster hook (rear of slide) are too close to each other. As a result a draw against that hook does not reliably release the pistol. I can get good results using the bottom hook near the trigger guard, but this draw is not natural for me. I'll probably have to get a kydex holster that overcomes these issues.
