Any Minnesota Deer hunters?

Is there a limit on the magazine size? It's not for me, my browning holds 4 total but someone asked me the other day about a cheap way to get into deer hunting. I said an sks and blaze orange, but what about the magazine size, standard with those are 10 aren't there? is that ok to bring out in the field? or would you need something that is 5 or less? I looked through the manual and I didn't really find anything in particular that mentioned it.
