Any Info on Stag SA1L?

Well, I am in the market for an AR15 as a graduation gift to myself. I want to get in at the lower end (<$1000) since there are so many upgrades I'll just slowly invest to improve on the rifle. I was looking at the Stag Arms SA1L on budsgunshop.com and it sparked my interest. I am left handed and it is the style AR I am looking for. Anyone have any good experiences with Stag? I am very new to the AR world. Been addicted to pistols for some time now but its time to improve the collection with a rifle.

Stag tends to be good stuff.

I've only ever seen one person griping about them, and I don't think that was out of direct experience. IMO, they build a fine rifle.

I have run a few thousand rounds through my Stag and never had any probs with it! Good gun, and IMO great starter for those new to the AR's.
 
thats great to hear. It seems like you get a lot of rifle for your money. Hopefully buds gets them back in stock soon
