I handled one of these today and it seemed like a very well made pistol. Swiss made? I thought M R was Israli. Has anyone fired one and what kind of results did you have? This one was new in box blued with two 10rd mags & cleaning kit. Retail $525.00. It seemes like a great deal.

Gunweb.com did a test a while ago and was very favorable towards the One-Pro... I really like the looks of their guns. I also read something in one of the shooting magazines that mentioned that the gun was a very high-quality piece. I didn't realize how expensive they were though. For that price, you could get a Sig that more people could work on if you ever had trouble with it.

"Gun Control Is Being Able To Hit Your Target"

I bought one of those bad boys about a month ago. I bought the unproven piece because 1) it was Swiss made, 2) I loved the trigger, 3) It seemed well made.

Well, handling a gun and shooting it are two different stories. The sights were poorly regulated (left and down). I called MRI and they weren't very helpful and also told me that they didn't have taller rear sights. The recoil spring could stand to be a little bit stiffer. It takes little force at all to move the slide back a couple of millimeters. In fact, you can shake the gun and hear the gun rattling to the front and back (not side to side-the slide to frame fit is very good). Out of 300 rounds, I had 3 occasions where the slide mysteriously locked back in the middle of shooting and I don't think my thumb nudged the slide release.

Overall, it should be a nice pistol when they work the bugs out, but if I could go back in time, I wouldn't have been a guinea pig and bought the gun.

Thanks guys for the info. I am going to pick up my first sig today instead of the One Pro. A standard p220 with night sights. It is a factory reconditioned gun from from a police department. It appears to be in flawless condition. As much as everyone has raved over this handgun (p220) I should be looking forward to many years of good shooting. I wanted something that I could shoot better than my 1911A1 Colt U.S.Army 1945 issue. I have not had much success with hitting the target consistently with the colt. I would like to keep it more as a piece of memorabilia than a regular range gun anyway. Thanks again and good shooting.
