any illinois leos

Was wonder if there where any illinois leos or any that has been in this sittuation i am from Indiana and got pulled over in illinois for speeding. Got a ticket for 111 in a 65 was wonder the fines on that. The cop had no idea and told me i would find out in court. By the way the haveing to pay $200 or go to jail is kinda of shady he told me i had to pay in cash right thin or go to jaill and have a $2,000 bond luckly i was there to go look at a dog and had the money. Needless to say i no longer could get the dog and all i came home with was a damn ticket. Any way if any one could help me out i would be pleased.
 
Sorry to say, if you were going 111 in a 65 and got popped, I don't think there's anything/anyone that's going to help you with that....sorry to hear he caught ya.

After all, speed doesn't kill. Its that damned sudden stop.
