Any Hope for Shotgun Triggers?

Let's say that you have a Rem 11-87 and a Browning Gold.... now, these are slug guns, rifled barrels and all... not for birds.

Let's say that you've installed the reduced power trigger spring in the 11-87 and the trigger pull is down to maybe 5 pounds.

The Browning Gold, well, it's probably 8 pounds, maybe 10, so bad that it feels like the safety is still on...

I know there's really not much that can be done, but.... anything.... anybody?

In a perfect world, I'd like to see 2 1/2 - 3 pounds on both....

Shotgun triggers respond to the same kind of work that similar rifle triggers do. I have put quite decent triggers on the Remingtons, and I am sure someone can do the same with the Browning. Talk to a gunsmith.
