Any forum member ever see these handguns?

I've seen them, never handled or shot one. Looks kinda like a Sig. They're decently priced too, so for somebody on a budget and that likes Sig that might be something to look into. On the other hand I personally have never heard of that brand, and at $419 you might be getting a great deal on a gun that just isn't popular yet, or you may be getting ripped off. In that price range, and my lack of knowledge in that brand, I would suggest saving more up for a glock or springfield.. Maybe hit up a gun show and look for a good used Sig in the $500 range. Then again my lack of knowledge is causing me to shine away from this pistol, and it's not really fair to make an biased judgement.

Never seen one in person, but a search on this forum for "Zastava" in the thread titles brings up more than one page of results. (I didn't look to see how many threads were on the second page. It might just be 1 page + 1 thread . . .)

These are the current generation of Zastava pistols. Prior were the CZ99 and CZ999, as well as clones such as the Golan (I think) and the TZ99 (think that was South African).

These have been around awhile, and with different circumstances might have been more popular and expensive here. My understanding is that some US PD's were considering adapting them, but the Serbian conflict broke out, and you couldn't import them any longer. Also, Serb guns became stigmatized.

Steel slide, aluminum frame. Similar to Sig on the controls.

I believe Cole's Distributing has a fair number of CZ99's on Gunbroker.

edit: I looked at the link, there may be some misinformation. The gun is claimed to be steel frame and SA; everything I've read elsewhere is DA/SA, aluminum frame.

As noted, probably later (updated?) versions of the CZ99 and CZ999 -- which aren't CZs, but guns based on a Walther design, with some features from SIGs, but made to look like SIGs.

Everybody who has had one and talked about them on the forums seem to think highly of them. My only concern is replacement parts -- and support if you need replacement parts. (My concern is based on a complete lack of knowledge of support from the manufacturer and how they are serviced under warranty here in the 'states. It may be an unwarranted concern.)
