I remember reading a write up of the Type CQ years ago (early 90s?) that was not very impressed with the fit, finish, and overall quality of the weapon(s) they got their hands on to play with. They may have improved on that since then (or not) -- the CQ-M4 shown at the URL you listed looks quite a bit better, at least in terms of external cosmetics, than the basic Type CQ.
