Any Clue As To Value? Old? Rare? Noble Model 60A 12ga...

Well, it's old and it's rare, in the sense that there aren't a lot of them. It's not particularly valuable, especially in its current condition.

Noble made low priced workingman's shotguns, but they worked well enough. I have a similar 410 that was sold as a Westernfield by Montgomery Wards.
 
In my area ....it would be a parts gun ...( retail value is maybe $ 20 - $ 40 ) ...

The fact that it shoots ok ...is not a bad thing .....but it doesn't add much, if anything, to the value - in my opinion.
 
I concur with the previous statements. Its old and there were not that many made. But that doesn't mean it has any collector value. Specially with the rough condition it is in. However since you said it shoots well I'd estimate the retail value at least $75. Can't seem to find "any" functional pump guns at much less than that. No matter what the condition.

If it were my gun I'd clean it up real good, re-finish the metal with some type of spray finish and try to sell it with an asking price of $100.

Info on the model 60A Noble

I have the exact shotgun as you described and pictured. My father gave me his gun when I was 13, I'm now 59. Best as I can remember this gun is around 51 years old, give or take a year. I believe he bought it when I was 8 yrs old. He was an avid duck hunter at the time with his profession as a gunnery sargent with USMC. My Noble 60A is in mint condition but needs another bluing, which I'm going to do in a few weeks. I hunted squirrel and deer with this gun 30 years ago, but don't hunt anymore. Gun has been in the case since then. As far as a selling amount, I don't have a clue. I pretty sure it's not a collectors item, but I intend on keeping it for sentimental reasons and home protection. I am considering however changing this shotgun from it's original style to a "tactical shotgun". I am exploring a replacement stock, maybe with a handle grip (composite material)
shortening the barrel to eighteen, etc. not sure if I can increase the magazine for more shells, believe it holds 4 plus 1 with the plug out? However it was very nice to see your photos on your 60A. Take care...
 
The Noble design is not a particularly good one. S&W picked it up for their line of shotguns in the late 1970s-but dropped it rather quickly.
You won't find any tactical stocks for them.
 
Clean that puppy up and shoot it. As long as it works it's definitely not a parts gun. Around here it would go for at least 100.00
