Any body heard of the Raptor rifle

I saw a new "american made" bolt action at the range the other day, Syn-Stock, Silver action and barel (not SS) by the name of Raptor just curious who are they and such. Oh it was in .270

They sell for $249. Strong like bull, but not really well finished.
