Any Alternatives to Maxpedition EDC bags?

I want an EDC bag that is Attache or Messenger style. The Maxpeditions are way too much $$. I would like it to be less TACTICAL looking if possible. Black would be nice but not a must.
I want to carry it to work but I wear a tie to work. Thus, I didn't want it to stand out like a sore thumb.

One I have seen is the County Comm Bail Out Bags. (not exactly what I'm looking for) But anybody have opinions on them?

Check out Cheaper than dirt. They had one in there latest magazine for like $29. UTG tactical messager bag.
