Anti Gun Democrat vs Anti Gun Republican? Who would you vote for....................?

lets say in a governors race or Congress or president the only options you have on the ballot are an anti gun Democrat and an anti gun Republican. Both are equally anti gun with millions of dollars from Bloomberg. Both want the toughest gun laws possible. Tougher than New York and Chicago.

Do you vote for the Republican since you agree with them on all the other issues? Would you stay home on election day and not vote for either on them even if you agreed with the Republican on every other issue? What do you do in a situation like this?
 
Tough choice, but I'm voting R. Simple reason is, he's going to be less likely to sign any law because a lot of pro-gun folks voted for him or her.

I do not believe that failure to show up is any kind of a meaningful vote.

The reason we can have choices like the hypothesis is because not enough of us do show up and vote.
