Senate Bill 717 (SB717) has been voted out of the Calendar Committee and
has been placed on the House Intent Calendar for Monday, May 14, 1999.
SB 717, which limits local governments ability to file reckless lawsuits
could be considered by the full Texas House as early as Monday. Please
contact your Rep. at (512)463-4630 and urge him to support SB 717 without
any amendments.
