Another LEO Killed 0n Duty

Mississippi LEO's today buried one of their comrades. The lady was an Assistant Chief of Police and she was shot by an officer of her own department over a schedule dispute. The shooter also was her brother-in-law. I had heard that she was shot 27 times. Apparently he emptied a shotgun and two pistols.

For what?
 
For what?

Who will ever know. It is very sad news. Police are no less vulnerable to random violence than the rest of us, even if it comes from a family member. Prayers for this family are sent.
