Another Glock...

Ok, this is getting downright scary! This makes two handguns that I have found at great deals this year! :D

Today I bought a Glock G31 .357SIG with 20 rounds through it for $325.00!! One of my best friends bought it to carry while doing some off-duty security work. Well, the side job played out and he decided he didn't want to keep the G31. He let me have it for $325! I almost crapped in my pants! A practically brand new Glock for $325!!! WooooooHoooooooo!!! :D

Sorry, but I'm wired about this. I now have a G31C, a G31 and a G33. Now I need a G32. I plan to get a letterhead and pick one up this Friday. ;)

As the owner of Glock models 34, 17, 19, & 26, I can only say.... right caliber, wrong case! :D

Congrats on an excellent buy!

Hey Rainbow! What about that G30 you been making noises about? Or are you holding out for the G36 ? :) I actually held one in my hand yesterday out here in Va. at Gilberts Small Arms Range. It was going for $559. It was a little slimer than the G19. I don't have a clue as to how it shoots and so I don't know if its as accurate as the G30.
Nice talking at you!
Good Shooting!

Daddycat,

I still plan to get a G30 and a G21. Both will be mostly range guns unless I start carrying the G21 on duty some. The G32 that I plan to get first will be my primary off duty/concealed carry gun and will be used as a back-up gun on duty as soon as I figure out where/how to carry it.

The G32 will see far more carry time than the G21/G30 will. That's why I decided to get it first. The .357SIG is my personal round of choice for duty/self defense. The .45s will be mostly for recreational shooting. I may hold out for a good deal on a slightly used G30 and G21.

you've got the glock bug and you've got it bad.

right now i only have a G19. :-(

my plans are as follows:

G34
G26
G17
G31
G32
G30
who knows where i'll go from here. i don't buy guns that often so if i ever get to this point it will be in quite a while. maybe by this time glock will have something else cool like a single stack version of the G26.

Yeah, I'd say that I've got it bad. When I have obtained my G32, G21 and G30 I plan to get another G19 and maybe a G17 for their cheaper practice ammo prices. I used to have a G19 but I traded it off. Bad move. :)

As the owner of a G23C, G29, and G33, I can only wonder why just one caliber? ;)

Ross,

I hope I don't have to experience that. So far, the only "problem" I have had is my G31C ventilating my computer desk. :)

Tamara,

I didn't mention it but I have a G22 that is my current duty pistol. I've had it for about four years and couldn't bear to part with it...unless I could trade it in for a G22 with the "groovy" frame. Also, since you brought it up, I would pick up a G23 if I ran across a good deal on one. I have no problems with the .40, I just shoot better with my .357's. :)

Eventually, I plan to own at least one each of all Glock models and calibers, except for the older long slide(17L I think?). It's just a matter of finding the money and some good deals. :D

The long-slide .40 with the compensator is just a joy to shoot. :) (24C) Only had the pleasure once, but I still remember fondly...[Gabe drifts off into memories as fog obscures scene].

Happy happy, joy joy :)
