On my compound, my cable slide (the little plastic thingy that keeps the cables to the side and contained, and slides along the, umm, the, umm, that "guide rod" for it) is making a noise when I draw - just a shooshing/swishing/sliding noise. Seems like I had this problem before but cannot remember how I fixed it. New cable guide? Sand the guide rod? Dri-Lube? Combination? I've heard of ceramic sleeves or inserts for the contact points - what do you recommend? Thanks.
