another .22 mag question

I have decided for sure on a .22 mag for this spring's groundhogs.
Help me---- I really like lever actions like the Henry, but do I want a bolt action and if so, do I want a Marlin, or Savage. The money is around the same, but I need some pros and cons from you folks to help me decide.

Well, I personally have a Marlin 882SS. It is a 7 shot, clip-fed, bolt-action rifle. It is great! I love it. I have yet to fit a scope to it, but when I do I am sure that it will be very accurate. The only thing I would recommend is (if you are going to do any serious varminting) is to get the heavy barrel. Marlin has a 882SSV and a 883SSV. The 883's are tubular mags -- that is the only difference. The Marlins are great rifles.

I have the 883 SS with a 3-9x scope. It'll put 5 Winchester 34 grs. into one hole at 50 yards. Definitely my favorite toy.
