Anheuser-Busch Agrees to Foreign buyout by Beck's Beer Maker

Yet another iconic American company is now no longer American owned. Is this something to feel bad about?? Or nothing to be concerned over? Will it make any difference to you when buying a beer?

This comes on the heels of the Chrysler Building in New York being sold to Arabs last week.

We can only hope that the quality of their lousy beer improves. That is assuming some of the European purity standards are applied. Otherwise I still won't be spending my beer money on A-B products.

I'm a light beer drinker and I love my Bud Select but now it looks like I'll be going back to my Coors Light.

When our unit got sent to N.O. for Katrina Anheuser-Busch did send us two truck loads of beer and had a huge cookout for us.

I do drink my share of beer, just not Bud. In any event, I doubt anything will change as Beck sure wouldn't want to mess with Buds popularity,, deserved or not.
