My Navy Arms Rolling Block .22, about 1978 production by Uberti. Fun to shoot, takes forever to shoot a box of ammo, one at a time.... Anyone else seen/own one?

Yes and no. I do have a Navy Arms rolling block pistol but my is .357. They are a lot of fun to shoot and as you said slow.

I've wanted a pair of these for years,,,

I keep searching on Gunbroker and other auction sites,,,
On the rare occasion I do see one listed for sale,,,
The price is always much more than I'll pay.

I did get to shoot a rimfire version once,,,
I liked it a lot and tried to buy it,,,
Again, no sale.

I'm envious my friend,,,

yep... me too... got a couple rolling block rifles ( an original Remington, & a Navy Arms custom ) would love to have a pistol... I guess for the price they carry, I'd rather have a more substancial caliber... 44-40 would be really cool

Rolling blocks were Army and Navy pistols about 1870 firing a .50 cal round. As civilian pistols they came in 44 Russian and 22 rimfire and a few others .Those two rounds were considered the two most accurate pistol cartridges at the time. I have an original 22 target version .Production ceased about 1910.
Rolling block rifles were the rifle of 24 different Armies in the single shot days .Many rolling blocks were target and hunting guns. :D

Don't have any personal experiece with the rolling block, but I do really enjoy my T/C Contender with a 10" .22LR barrel!:D

Really makes you focus on each shot!
