An Old Redfield 3X-9X

I am new to a 1975 rifle and scope. For this 3X-9X Redfield scope (See image) I am assuming that the units represented are MOA. The scale runs from 0 to 60 with marked intervals of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc. There are 10 divisions between each marked 10, 20 marked division. I am assuming that if I want to zero from where I am on this 200 yard target (See image), I move 4 clicks to move the bullet impact two inches at 200 yards? Am I depicting the 4 clicks (See image) correctly?


I seem to have posted this in the wrong Forum/thread, but now I don't know how to move it to a more appropriate place.

The old Redfield scopes were 1/4" clicks at 100 yds. I still have a few of them and consider them far better than most of the scopes available today. Yeah, the glass isn't near as clear but they'll take a beating and still hold POI. They also don't have a fist full of dials to turn, focus, and screw with. They do what they were designed to do, give you a decent look at the target and put the bullet there if you or the rifle are capable.
