I was thinking earlier this morning, I know it's a dangerous thing to do, but hell, you only live once
Is there any reason that someone relatively good at wood working could not dress up their AR by replicating the synthetic stock furniture with some nice custom fitted wood furniture?
Not being an AR owner (YET!!) I really don't know the weapon well enough to say that there is a design reason as to why the wood could not work as well as the synthetic, other than it being a bit heavier.
Can any of you “scary evil black gun” owners think of a reason why this wouldn’t work?
