An idea for non permit national concealed carry?

I was mulling it over last night(couldn't sleep), and an idea came to me for National Concealed Carry and gun rights protection, without a permit mind you.. of course the left wing femi-commu-nazis would never go for it but here it goes.

For starters, as defined under the 2nd Amendment the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon, shall be defined as the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed upon by any government entity, whether it be city, county, state, or federal.

No government entity, whether it be city, county, state, or federal shall restrict the right of individuals to bear arms. Bearing arms defined as carrying(whether it be carried openly or concealed) a firearm for self protection, transporting firearms, defensive use of firearms, or recreational use of firearms. This, as a garunteed right under the constitution shall not be regulated by any government entity.

No government entity, whether it be city, county, state or federal shall restrict the ownership of firearms to individuals who are legally eligible to do so. Regulation in the interstate trafficing of firearms between eligible individuals shall be abolished.

City, county, or state government entities may not regulate the sale, purchase, transportation, or ownership of firearms. City, county, or state government entities may not impose special taxes or dues specifically targeting firearms.

Just my thoughts on reforming things... considering our constitution already garuntees the right to keep and bear arms, local governments have no business regulating it(nor do the feds in keeping records or requiring permits). Its a shame that such rights need to be defined...

Please ignore my awful wording.. ;)

Nice ideal. However it is unfortunate that for so long we have whittled down our constitution to the point it, for all intensive purposes, no longer exist. Consider the radical changes brought about by the Patriot Act. It used to be that radifying the constitution in such a manner took a vote of 2/3 of the people. Not congress, not the senate, and not the President.

Want something to take your breath away regarding CCW? Go to Gun Owners of America www.gunowners.org and read their article about H.R. 1279 and S.B. 155. HR 1279 has passed the house and SB 155 is being co-sponsored by Feinstein & Hatch. Read this bit of legislation and you definately won't sleep tonight.
