Does anyone have any experience with this pistol? Its chambered in the 22 WMR cartridge. Is AMT still in business? I suspect the gun may be fussy about ammo and may be subject to frequent jamming. I saw a nice stainless used one with 6 inch barrel for around $350.
 
I have an AMT .380 backup, it's quite old. AMT was bought out by Galena, I found there site on a "links" under manufacturers, but don't know where.
 
I had one several years ago. Never had the jam problems that I read about, although I only used Winchester ammo, as recommended. Fun to shoot, accurate, and loud. Nice Millet sights.
 
I was at a gun shop a few days ago and asked about this gun. The salesman told me AMT was junk. This guy knows his stuff but I wonder if anything that his store doesn't carry is junk to him. I'd still like to see one and try it out.
