I am looking for 12 or 16 gauge ammo loaded with #2 shot is there any out there to be purchased.

Do you mean #2 bird shot or #2 (00) buckshot.

On my shelf I have 00 in .410, 12 gauge and 10 gauge and 000 in 20 gauge.

But in bird shot the largest I have is #3 shot in 12 and 10 gauge, but no #2. I don't believe I have ever seen #2 shot.

Regular (lead) #2 shot used to be pretty widely available. However, since waterfowl went to non-toxic only, it now has relatively limited use. There are special #2 loads made specifically for predators and for turkeys.
