Ammo comparison-5.45x39 vs .223

Quick and easy.What are the velocity and energy output of these 2 rounds in their "normal" weight of (i believe these are accurate),60 grains for the 5.45 and 55 grains for the .223?:)
 
5.45x39mm: 54gr. bullet@2950 fps/1045 ft-lbs.

.223: 55gr. bullet@3250 fps/1290 ft-lbs.

Both of these are military loads.

The newer M855 Ball round for the 5.56x45mm has a 62gr. bullet@3100 fps/1325 ft-lbs.
