Ammo collector question

I have just started collecting pistol ammo. I keep my single rounds in a tackle box since it has dividers. I am thinking about using small plastic bags (crack bags or jewelry bags whatever you want to call them).
Does anyone have any experience with these, such as sweating or the acids in the bad damaging the casing?

For preservation purposes, have you thought of using one of those vacuum sealers they use for food? I use my wife's to seal all kinds of stuff, parts, etc. when she's not lookin'. It works like a champ.
