Ammo business, need lawyer input...

Ok, so I have my head in the stars...

I want to develop a line of ammunition, that I have not seen as of yet. No details as to what it is, as I am not sure yet whether to have is SAAMI approved, or go proprietary.

Anyways, I have found someone to make the cartridge casings for me(rather expensive in of itself).

What I need to know is the legalities of producing ammunition, and sale and transport of said ammunition. Much less the whole business end of things, aka zoning, business license, insurance, etc...

Ok, so once again, it's the horse and cart routine...
Need FFL for the business, need business for the FFL.... :rolleyes:

Of course nothing I think of ever comes easy... ;)
 
You have a real life legal matter to deal with. This is not the place to do it.

You need to hire a local law, who will be your lawyer, pay him, and work out your business and legal issues. Among other things, communications between you and your lawyer are confidential.

But it also looks like you want extensive legal services:

That's well beyond the scope of this board, and it's not a way a lawyer (such as me) would ever consider doing business.
